We understand that travel to the area can sometimes be affected by ferry, train or bus delays or cancellations. While we’re unable to offer refunds in these situations, we want to help you feel prepared, so we recommend arranging travel insurance that covers unexpected disruptions.
If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 2 days of arrival are non‑refundable and will be charged in full.

We have ideal family rooms available for three and four people and also some double and twin rooms that can take a cot for young children or perhaps a small extra bed with prior notification. Children sharing a room with two adults: 0-4 years of age = free of charge, 5-13 years of age = half price. If you wish to travel with a child and take advantage of these rates then please call us on 01997 423387 to check availability and to book or email salesbenwyvis@strathmorehotels.com

Yes, we do but not to all floors. Please ensure you do advise our Team upon booking if you have any mobility restrictions or if any stairs are an issue.
